Refund Policy

A clear seven-day refund process for The Obedience Code purchases made through Kiwify.

1. When you can request a refund

Kiwify provides a 7-calendar-day refund period from the purchase date for digital products on its platform. If you are within this period, you may request a refund whether you have already opened the lessons or not, subject to applicable platform processes and law.

2. How to make a request

1. Email support.theobediencecode@gmail.com with the subject Refund request — The Obedience Code.
2. Include the purchase email address, approximate purchase date and, if available, your order or transaction reference. Never send your full card number, card security code or password.
3. You can also follow Kiwify's refund instructions through its official English-language refund help page.

3. How and when you receive the money

If a refund is approved and processed through Kiwify, it is sent back using the applicable original payment process. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer and may exceed the time needed for Kiwify to process it.

4. After the seven-day period

Requests made after the seven-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis by the seller, subject to applicable law and the payment platform's capabilities. Contact us and explain the situation. Your statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are not limited by this summary.

5. Access after a refund

When an order is refunded, access to the paid program and associated downloadable resources may be deactivated in accordance with the purchase terms. This does not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
